Located in Brooklyn’s hip and artsy neighborhood of Bushwick, The Funky Loft is a 4 bedroom artist's dream. The building was built in the 1920’s and still has some of the original brick walls.  This hard loft is newly renovated with central heat and a/c, a speaker system, washer & dryer and full kitchen. There is a balcony room that feels like an attic, hardwood floors, open beamed 16 foot ceiling with wood swing hanging from rafters, vintage cherry wallpaper accent wall, 1950’s Coca Cola Refrigerator, green velvet vintage couch, large navajo area rug, plants, trees, one-of-a-kind vintage furniture and props, a beautiful seafoam kitchen, a kitschy 1970’s themed bathroom with wild animal wallpaper, and sliding wood barn doors.  

The 3 Downstairs Bedrooms are off limits during shoots.  If you would like to shoot in one or all of the rooms or use them for storage please notify us and you can book them for an additional fee.

*Shoots are between the hours of 11am-6pm.  Please inquire if desired hours are outside of this or if full day shoot.  Night Shoots/Early Morning Shoots are available for an additional fee.

5 people or less: $150/hr
8 people or less: $180/hr

Cleaning Fee:

$50 (crews of 5 people or less / 5 hours or less)
$125 (crews of 6 or more / 6 hours or more)

NOTE: All shoots have a 3 hour minimum. Photo Shoots booked with less than 72 hours notice will be charged an additional $100 fee.  Film Shoots booked with less than 7 days notice will be charged an additional $200 fee.
