Located on the ground floor of an iconic 1920s building with arched windows, this pink sparkly, fuzzy, shiny, iridescent, maximalist fantasy home features an iridescent piano, mermaid-themed bathroom, crystal chandeliers, and disco balls galore.

The first room is fully stocked with three vintage double door arched windows with access to the outside patio. The patio is white with a pink cement floor. This room features an elegant living room with a beautiful couch, two princess chairs, and a Disco Ball floating chair, and a Holographic Piano below an entire sky of Disco Balls. In the center of the room is a beautiful faux fireplace, a gorgeous crystal chandelier, a neon sign that reads “BEAUTY,” and a white bar.
The second room features an iconic holographic kitchen and lilac mermaid dreamy dining area. The cabinets are adorned with iridescent crystal knobs and luxurious sparkly hues. There are two crystal prism chandeliers that reflect mini rainbows all over the perfect lilac walls. The third room is our pink room, featuring a PGM dress form, a wall of threads and materials, a mermaid scale cutting table, beautiful art, full-length mirrors as well a French crystal chandelier.
The third room is a minty mermaid-inspired bathroom adorned with a custom mermaid scale shower curtain, luxurious pastel towels, and gorgeous art. The ceiling features our custom Butterfly chandelier with an array of LED color options.
The fourth room is the Princess Room, with baby blue walls, a white plush round bed with a blue crystal canopy, a holographic vanity, a one-of-a-kind holographic wardrobe, a mermaid-inspired desk, a baby blue plush shell chair, and iridescent blue curtains with crystals drips. Last but not least there is a huge foyer perfect for hair and make-up or staging. The studio room is fully equipped with two sewing machines, a full photo studio, and giant cutting or meeting table!
No loud music or big speakers allowed. Light music is okay for background noise.
