Discretely hidden in the Hollywood Hills, this sprawling decommissioned Air Force Station features an historically secret underground film studio.

This vast and versatile building spans a mammoth 50,000 square feet and offers an endless variety of settings and moods. Within a few steps, airy midcentury gives way to gritty and post-apocalyptic. The seemingly endless compound features a 70’s era swimming pool and hut tub, multiple kitchens and bathrooms, sunny offices, iconic staircases, a darkroom, winding hallways, and a subterranean sound stage and screening room. The crumbling basement level remains untouched, with exposed plumbing, boilers, gritty wall textures and moody lighting. Multi-level roof access showcases incredible views of the Hollywood Hills.

Vintage relics from as early as World War II remain throughout, including defunct military signs and panels, original casement windows, basement vaults, and even a classic phone booth.
